We usually describe our Terms in short as "we're not responsible for problems with your computer that arise after we've performed our service".

The reason for this is simple - there is no way to know for certain if the problems result in changes in settings, additional software installed, or even essential files deleted by you (it's even possible you did it accidently, or without even realizing you'd done anything at all). We can only control the state of your equipment when we are present.Because of the nature of the computer business and it's many, many factors and variables, the only "guarantee" we can make is that we are as well-qualified as anyone you can find for onsite service.

The BEST advice we can give is that before we leave, you ask us to test things like printing, email, internet access, etc. that are important to you, if we have not done so already (we usually do).

Of course, you'll always find us reasonable and willing to discuss the possibility of further work on your behalf at no charge, depending on the exact circumstances. We've "made things right" with several clients who were once unhappy but are now happy and continue to use our services. If you're unhappy, let us know why, and we'll be willing to work with you reasonably.

AGURU4HIRE AND ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COSTS OF RECOVERING, REPROGRAMMING, OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA OR THE FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA, ANY LOSS OF BUSINESS, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS. AGURU4HIRE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PRODUCTS THAT ARE LOST OR STOLEN WHILE IN AGURU4HIRE'S POSSESSION.
