Homes For All's Affordable Home Ownership for Working Families program is dedicated to helping working families - those who help themselves... those who play by the rules... those who are working to get ahead but face years of saving up before they can afford the downpayment on their first house.

We are focused on reversing the traditional housing hurdles which have hit working families the hardest. The people who are just getting by, end up paying the highest percentage of their income towards housing their families. More often than not, their monthly housing expenses go to building equity for a landlord, rather than for themselves.

By supporting Affordable Home Ownership for Working Families, you are not just helping working families. You are also helping our entire community! We encourage and assist home ownership, which builds pride, confidence, stability, self-sufficiency, and a stronger sense of community. We feel that the best way to benefit the entire community is to renovate existing houses and make ownership available to members of that community.

How YOU can support Affordable Home Ownership for Working Families: We encourage and accept donations and grants for our Affordable Homeownership for Working Families program. All funding for this program goes directly to acquisition costs (downpayment and closing costs) of property that we buy, renovate, and sell below market value to qualified working families. NO funding from this program is used for administrative costs or salaries.

Besides monetary contributions, we also encourage and accept donations of real estate, building supplies, and volunteer services. We accept and encourage support from individuals interested in supporting their community, corporations interested in supporting the communities in which their customers and employees live, and foundations who support affordable housing and community development efforts both locally and nationally.
