Affordable Housing for Working Families
INDIVIDUALS support

By supporting Affordable Housing for Working Families, you are not just helping working families. You are also helping our entire community!

Besides monetary contributions, we also encourage and accept donations of real estate, building supplies, and volunteer services from individuals interested in supporting their community.

All donations to this program go directly to acquisition costs (downpayment and closing costs) of property that we buy, renovate, and sell below market value to qualified working families. NO funding from this program is used for administrative costs or salaries.

By helping us renovate more houses, you also help us add an average of nearly $15,000 per house to the local economy in the sale of building supplies and work provided for local construction tradesmen.

All supporters will receive a receipt acknowledging their contribution to an IRS-approved 501(C)(3) non profit corporation.
