Affordable Housing for Working Families FOUNDATION support

By supporting Affordable Housing for Working Families, you are not just helping working families. You are also helping our entire community!

If your foundation supports affordable housing nationally, in the State of Florida, or in the local communities of Ft. Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Sarasota, or the Tampa Bay area, you should take a closer look at our unique program. Besides monetary contributions, we also encourage and accept donations of real estate, building supplies, and volunteer services from corporations interested in supporting local communities.

All grants to this program go directly to acquisition costs (downpayment and closing costs) of property that we buy, renovate, and sell below market value to qualified working families. NO funding from this program is used for administrative costs or salaries.

By helping us renovate more houses, you also help us add an average of nearly $15,000 per house to the local economy in the sale of building supplies and work provided for local construction tradesmen.
