Affordable Home Ownership for Working Families CORPORATE support

By supporting Affordable Home Ownership for Working Families, you are not just helping working families. You are also helping our entire community!

Corporations who pay certain taxes (including corporate income tax and Sales Tax) to the State of Florida can qualify for tax credits for supporting our program.

If your corporation has customers and/or employees in Ft. Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Sarasota, or the Tampa Bay area, you can show them that you support the communities that they live in by contributing to this program. You can also offer our services as a benefit to your entry level employees, and encourage stability and long term employment by turning renters into homeowners.

Besides monetary contributions, we also encourage and accept donations of real estate, building supplies, and volunteer services from corporations interested in supporting local communities.

All donations to this program go directly to acquisition costs (downpayment and closing costs) of property that we buy, renovate, and sell below market value to qualified working families. NO funding from this program is used for administrative costs or salaries.

By helping us renovate more houses, you also help us add an average of nearly $15,000 per house to the local economy in the sale of building supplies and work provided for local construction tradesmen.

All supporters will receive a receipt acknowledging their contribution to an IRS-approved 501(C)(3) nonprofit corporation.
